Kristina utilizes acupressure and light massage techniques to address emotional and energetic blockages trapped in the interstitium before using her own energy to help clear out the residual energetics, leaving her clients feeling at peace.
Monthly package:
(2) 1 hour energy sessions + (2) emotional coaching sessions
We will go deep and face the emotional blocks stuck in the body’s fascial tissues while providing a safe space to process and integrate your body’s truth. Utilizes hands on trigger point therapy and energy healing to ease the emotional burden and pain.
